• Technical data: IP address and basic device information — for security and abuse prevention (rate-limiting).
• Analytics: anonymous traffic measurement (Vercel Analytics) — only with your consent to analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Replying to your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (pre-contract steps and legitimate interest: handling correspondence).
• Security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Analytics and improving the service — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent in the cookie banner).

4. Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then for evidentiary/archival purposes until claims are time-barred. Analytics data — per the analytics tool’s settings.

5. Recipients

We entrust data to trusted providers processing it on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and analytics (Vercel Analytics);
• Neon — database (storing contact messages);
• Resend — sending email notifications about new messages.

Providers may process data outside the EEA — in that case under standard contractual clauses ensuring an adequate level of protection.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (uodo.gov.pl).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to reply to your enquiry.

We use cookies necessary for the service to work (e.g. remembering language and consent). With your consent we also use analytics cookies that help us measure traffic and improve the service.
